The Starshine Process

Step 1
Choose the memorial keepsake that feels right to you — from jewellery and inclusion ornaments to one-of-a-kind paintings, each created with care. -
Step 2
After placing your order, we’ll send you an ashes or inclusions kit — usually within 3 working days — along with clear, gentle guidance on how to return it to us safely. From the moment your inclusions arrive, they are treated with the utmost care, dignity, and respect. -
Step 3
Once your inclusions arrive safely with us, your keepsake is created by hand with great care. Every piece is made individually, honouring the love and memories it represents.
Typical creation times are up to 3 weeks, with a slightly longer wait for custom designs. Gold items are on a turnaround of 10 - 12 weeks.

I have just received my order of the heart shaped beach artwork that included my dearly missed husband’s ashes and it is simply gorgeous. It looks beautiful and has clearly been made with care and consideration. The little memorial heart keepsakes are sweet too. Definitely recommend and worth every penny.
The only suggestion I would have is to give an idea of the turnaround time beforehand. I didn't anticipate it taking a few weeks, so I missed out giving it to my daughter for her birthday. However, I'm giving it to her for Christmas and it was worth the wait because it's lovely.
